LEVEL 2 RULES SEMINARS

GolfRSA will once again facilitate a series of two-day R&A Level 2 Rules Seminars in 2026, providing an opportunity for anyone involved in club golf to gain a deeper understanding of the Rules of Golf and become a certified Level 2 Rules Official.

A sound knowledge of the Rules is essential for golfers, administrators, referees, golf directors and PGA professionals to effectively run competitions, draft Local Rules, mark courses and, of course, play the game.
