Women’s Golf donates a tree to Paarl Golf Club

Women’s Golf South Africa left its name on the fairways of Paarl Golf Club by donating a tree to the club during the recent Pick n Pay Inter-Provincial tournament.

An evergreen Water Pear tree planted on the right of the 12th fairway on Heritage Day, will bear a plaque with the name of Women’s Golf South Africa and was given to the club in appreciation for the use of the course for the week. The championship course was in excellent condition and a good test of golf.
