After a comfortable 6/5 victory over round one opponent Jonothan Josset, Williams came up against in form Michael van der Venter. In a tight match that went to the wire, Steve managed a one up win to go through to face Regan van Heerden in the next round.

George Coetzee continues his good form with a comfortable 4/3 win over National player and Modderfontein member, Neil Schietekat in round two. This after progressing through round one with another comfortable 6/4 win over Michael Barnett. Coetzee will now face another National player and big hitter, David Hewan in round three after David beat Jbe Kruger 3/2 in the second round.
