THE R&A WOMEN IN GOLF LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION PROGRAMME – SOUTH AFRICA

 

The R&A and GolfRSA in partnership with CMASA are pleased to announce the launch of The R&A Women in Golf Leadership Foundation Programme in South Africa.

Forming the first alumnae for South Africa, the programme provides women across the golf industry with opportunities to enhance their leadership capability and confidence, and to connect with like-minded women.

Participants in the first South African cohort will follow a six-month progression pathway programme offering guided learning through Hemsley Fraser Digital Hub, seven virtual workshops of three hours each and five one hour sessions of coaching support from June to November 2025. The workshops cover topics of Growth Mindset, Leader vs Manager, Developing Emotional Intelligence, Building Resilience and Effective Communication.

Interested participants who fit the selection criteria must please:
