Van de Venter takes the KZN Open

Mastering the blustery winds and inclement weather, Michael Van de Venter (Gauteng North) put together rounds of 70;71;69;69 to win the title by four shots from Neville Barnett (Central Gauteng).

As the only player in the field to post 4 sub par rounds, Michael has shown that he may be the inform player and will be hoping that he can carry this form through to his “home” Open to be played this weekend 4-5 February at Wood Hill Golf Club.
