Samu clinches Amateur prize at Ladies Joburg Open

South Africa’s reigning Sanlam SA Women’s Amateur Stroke Play champion Ivanna Samu claimed the leading amateur prize in the Sunshine Ladies Tour’s Ladies Joburg Open at Royal Johannesburg and Kensington Golf Club.

Samu carded rounds of 75, 70 and 68 to finish on three-under-par 213 and take seventh overall in the final standings.
Kaleigh Telfer finished in second after a count-out with Caitlyn Mcnab on 230.
