Kim finished up runner-up in Mexico
At the start of the last round the pressure was on in the last three ball – Kim Williams lying in second place was two off the leader Marijosse Miguez and lyng third, Daniela Ruiz was four off the lead.
As the players in the second last flight crept up the leader board the leading three ball struggled in windy conditions.
Marijosse managed to hold on to her lead and win the event with a final round of 80 (70,74,74) 298. The runner up and one shot behind was Kim Williams who pulled back a further shot to finish with a round of 79 (74,73,73) 299
Third placed Ana Malagon started the day nine off the lead, but crept up the field and her final round of 73 (76,77,74) 300 pulled her within two strokes of the winner.
Iliska Verwey, shot a final round 81 (81,84,91) 338 and finished a disappointing 24th. Although she improved 10 shots on her 3rd round, Iliska is very disappointed with the performance and will put this event behind her and move forward to get her game back on track.
