GolfRSA is once again be facilitating a series of two-day R&A Level 2 Rules Seminars in order to educate and certify (Level 2) anyone at club level with an interest in golf rules.

It is important that all golfers, golf administrators, referees, golf directors and PGA professionals are familiar with and understand the Rules of Golf in order to run golf competitions effectively, write Local Rules, mark the course and, of course, play the game.
